Same with me, 'Fuse--I'm one of the few people over 40 who looks FORWARD to their birthday each year; it means spring has arrived--at least calendar-wise!

Speaking of spring, do you suffer from seasonal allergies--or are allergic to anything?

Ugh yes. I never used to, then about five or six years ago it hit me HARD! I start itching and scratching and sneezing in the middle of February and it doesn't end until June. It's miserable. There is no over the counter remedies that help me. I have to get a prescription.

Will you do anything 'foolish' for April Food's Day?

I will tease my daughter. She earned the title of the best April Fooler in our family, when she was born. I went into labor at 6am April fools day. Hubby and I thought for sure we were having an april fool's baby.

But she fooled us. She didn't come until 6pm on the 2nd.

I love to swim. I also love to scuba dive and snorkel Cool . The more time in the water I spend the better and happier I am. I have several wetsuits of various thicknesses to extend my swim time. I gain about one month in the spring and about two months in the fall Wink . The water is sometimes warmer than the air in the fall in these parts but without a wetsuit you would get quite cold once you get out, and waterskiing would be frigid (while out of the water) in October without one.

I am late again I see,,,, Roll Eyes

Kitty I like my meat cooked well-done. Black on the outside, brown on the inside. If you ever cook me a burger when you think it is well-done wait about five more minutes; then it might be ready for me to eat.

Do you know how to waterski? If so, when was the last time you went waterskiing?

The danger is part of the fun Bob, “ bite off as much as you can chew ” is my motto in regards to waterskiing. There are some photos I have to dig out from about five to seven ago (when I was in better shape Wink ) of some pretty serious wipeouts I took. Nothing like the feeling of a boat going about 35-40MPH, hanging inside on a sharp 180º turn and the rope goes slack and just as you are going slow enough to start sinking and then the snap of the rope, jump the wake and ride the outside for all it’s worth Cool ! In my estimation we used to regularly ski at 70MPH plus with this effect, quite the adrenaline rush!

Water is not so soft when falling at such speeds. Six or seven skips across the top before abruptly stopping is the norm Eek . Tuck and roll,,,tuck and roll . I was only hurt once bad enough to get me out of the water. The darn ski kicked up in a violent wipeout once and knocked me in the head. That lump the size of a tennis ball was there for a week Roll Eyes .

While I love being on or in water I don’t drink much of it at all. (Too salty Big Grin )

The Koz family pool is salty, too, but that's another story...

Yes, I drink a lot of water and probably should drink more to replace the soft drinks. I have had a fear of dehydration since a childhood incident. But I won't shell out for designer water in a bottle.

Do you shell out for designer water in a bottle?

I'm like Bob I'd only buy the cheap water if there is a sink with a tap and the water is clean then I fill a bottle from there for nothing. Wink

Where you live is it a Hard or Soft water area? If you have heavy chalky deposits building up in your washing machine or kettle then its Hard otherwise its soft
FYI Where we live it is always soft comes from the Pennines or North Wales.

We have well/underground spring water--which we have to filter..Sometimes in the summer--during a drought--it still can get cloudy/murky, so I keep my eye on it at all times..not hard water, though...

On this April Fool's Day, have you ever played a MAJOR trick on someone? Eek

No, nothing major...when I was a teen I bought some rubber puke and put it on my brothers bed and told him the cat barfed.

Do you chew gum, crack it, blow bubbles...what kind of gum and what flavor do you like?

Milk, soft drinks (including Cheerwine!), water, orange juice and a bottle of white wine in the refrigerator. Nothing to drink in the freezer.

How many times have you been married?
