How long was it you watched things on any site Chat or Forum?(Lurk) Before deciding to take the plunge and submit a reply?
My longest was about 2 weeks on an Aol games room
Normally it's about 2-3 days before I start posting
Am on 4 Forum sites and 4 chats

I think I posted the first day I was here. This is a friendly place and I can't keep my fingers quiet.

Right away for me.

There's one Forum that I'm a member of, I'd love to see a couple of these 'think-I'm-so-tough' people on.

Here right away because I knew everyone from Jeeves...also at Jeeves the first day because I had a burning question. When I first entered a chat room I lurked for weeks...to scared to post!!!

On youthink, I saved the site with all the others I had from the ending of jeeves and ended up registering when I came back to it until half a year later.

Usually, it's within a day because I usually came to sites posting something I have in mind.

Mike...Over 2 years ago, just after I got my first home computer, I found a site called AskJeeves

I was absolutely fascinated....I answered at least 20 questions in my first visit there, and was an Enthusiast within a week.

Thanks to AskJeeves - I have friends that I never would have had otherwise, and am very thankful for that.

Most of those friends will be life-long ones by the way, because we correspond outside of the boards as well.
