I agree, Kitty - The Greatest American Hero has a cool theme song! Big Grin
I also like the themes from Laverne & Shirley, Scrubs, Malcolm In The Middle, Cops, Third Watch, Craig Kilborne, CSI, CSI Miami (Wonder if CSI New York will have a Who song? Wink)...
I'm sure I've forgotten some obvious ones...
Remember Murphy Brown? Used to have a different song each week! Big Grin

Survivor is my number one in all current TV shows.

All-time, nothing even comes close to
Hawaii 5-0, it just rocked.
Gilligan's Island is a sentimental fave.

Friends and X-Files of course.

Some of my other favorites were
* seaQuest
* Cheers
* Mad About You
* M*A*S*H (Surprised no one has mentioned it)

and one of my very favorites:

"Pinky and the Brain,
yes Pinky & the Brain,
one is a genius,
the other's insane,
they're labratory mice
whose genes have be spliced
they're Pinky, Pinky & the Brain, Brain Brain Brain...."

Roll Eyes I can't help it. I loved that show!!!

I think I asked this question a long, long time ago at AnswerPool. My answer is still the same: "Movin' On Up" -- The Jeffersons theme song. Cool

There were a lot of good ones from the '70s, I think.

Joanni Loves Chachi!

Also liked "The Monkees", "Brady Bunch", "The Nanny", and "The Partridge Family"

But I think my absolute fave was the theme from "The Incredible Hulk"

Hawaii 5-0, Great bathtime tune (think about it! Big Grin)
X-files Theme which is actually a very deep tune(listen to it full length on a decent sound setup)
Others I like:
Cheers
Friends (Did not like the program sorry!)
Heres a real oldie the theme tune to Cades County
The Avengers
The Prisoner (Patrick McGoohan) Had a good musical score which was released as an LP not too sure if there is a CD? due to the time of release in the 70's
