These numbers all have nicknames to them and There is a common connection
(When you find it everything drops into place)
Clue Its mainly done by Men Smile
if
1=Single
2=Double
3=Treble
what is 4 and upwards called?
There are 2 possible answers to this and 1 is a Maiku baffler Razz(But its the correct English)

The other answer to this was "Roll-up"
which is used more I've never understood how this came into betting parlance Confused
The other "roll-up" in common use refers to a self-made cigarette from the machine
with the papers that rolls the paper around the tobacco
